Key Requirements
- Elite Skillset: Proficient in high-end interior and exterior applications using latex, enamels, stains, epoxy, and primers.
- Zero-Footprint Policy: Ability to work with extreme precision, leaving absolutely no mess or trace behind.
- Physical Capability: Fully comfortable on ladders and at heights; physically capable of demanding daily prep and application.
- Autonomy: A self-starter who executes perfectly without constant supervision.
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license and the ability to arrive at jobsites on time, every time.
