We are looking for one amazingly friendly Receptionist that can:
- Schedule appointments
- Provide clear, compassionate communication with clients over the phone and in person
- Check clients in and out efficiently
- Maintain and update records using our cloud-based software system
- Hand out delectable treats to our canine and feline patients (we believe in making vet visits as positive as possible!)
- Coach clients on basic nutrition inquiries (or pass those client questions on to the right team members)
…all while helping keep our hospital spic and span!
Our ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and loves building connections with both clients and their pets. Previous veterinary and/or medical administrative or pet industry experience is a major asset. We’re looking for sunny dispositions, quick wits, and a calm-under-pressure mentality (because things can get pretty busy around here!) An interest in alternative medicine is also a big bonus!

We currently have one full-time position available. Our hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays. You must be open to working Saturdays to be considered for this position.
Our new hire will start as soon as possible, to enable you to have the maximum amount of training time!
