Samimsa Cleaning Inc. provides cleaning services in West Vancouver, BC. We are hiring a full-time Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner to assist with carpet, rug, and furniture cleaning for client locations.
About the Position
The successful candidate will use cleaning equipment and products to clean carpets, rugs, upholstery, and related surfaces. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to complete physical cleaning tasks safely and professionally.
Work Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
- Clean carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, and assigned surfaces.
- Operate carpet and upholstery cleaning machines safely.
- Pre-treat stains and follow proper cleaning procedures.
- Move light furniture or equipment when required for cleaning work.
- Maintain cleaning tools, machines, and supplies.
- Keep work areas clean and organized after each job.
- Report equipment issues, supply needs, or safety concerns to management.
- Follow company procedures and client-site instructions.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for someone who has:
- Previous carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or general cleaning experience.
- Ability to work full-time hours.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical cleaning duties.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic communication skills.
