The Borough is a physician‑led women’s health and wellness clinic offering pelvic health, medical aesthetics, and allied health services under one roof. Led by Dr. Aaren Grigg, MD, our clinic supports a large patient base of women navigating postpartum recovery, perimenopause, pelvic dysfunction, and chronic wellness concerns.
The Opportunity
This is not a room rental. You’ll step into an active referral pipeline from three physicians and a multidisciplinary team (RMT, osteopathy, naturopathic medicine, etc.). Our EmpowerRF suite (VTone, Plus90, MorpheusV) creates a rare co‑location advantage for pelvic floor outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- 60‑min assessments + follow‑ups for pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, pelvic pain, prenatal/postpartum
- Internal/external pelvic floor assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription, education
- Collaborate closely with physicians and allied health on shared patients
- Integrate EmpowerRF therapy into comprehensive care plans
- Maintain CPTO‑compliant documentation

Requirements
- Registered Physiotherapist (CPO), independent practice
- Pelvic Health Level 2 minimum (Level 3 preferred)
- 2–3+ years of pelvic health experience
- Competent with internal assessment
- Experience with postpartum, pelvic pain, and incontinence
- Strong documentation and PHIPA knowledge
