What We're Looking For
You are a customer-focused professional who is organized, confident, and comfortable working in a busy dealership environment. You enjoy working with customers and technicians and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service.
Key Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor experience is an asset
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic mechanical and warranty knowledge
- Knowledge of warranty claim submission is preferred
- Experience with dealership computer systems is an asset
- Valid BC Driver's Licence
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
