Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual for the Milking Position at our dairy farm. We are a modern dairy farm looking for a part-time milker for weekday evenings 4:15-7:30pm and every other weekend. More hours available for the right individual (ie morning milking's). Some flexibility with shifts with other team members here.
Responsibilities
- Perform milking duties using automated milking equipment while ensuring the comfort and safety of the cows.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of milking equipment and facilities to adhere to health regulations.
- Monitor the health and well-being of cows during milking, reporting any concerns to management.
Experience
- Previous experience in a farming or agricultural environment is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
