Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Patient Experience Coordinator to lead our efforts in enhancing patient satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience within our Multidisciplinary office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a thorough understanding of some medical terminology, electronic medical records, and front desk operations. This role will requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage patient interactions and streamline office processes to improve overall service delivery as growth is foreseen within this position from a Patient Experience Coordinator to Patient Experience Coordinator LEAD
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
-Manage incoming calls
-Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
-Provide clerical support, including third party billing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Utilize JANE APP for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and creating documents.
-Assist with customer service inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
-Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions as needed.
-Oversee daily operations of the front desk and administrative functions to ensure smooth patient flow.
-Analyze patient feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.-Maintain knowledge of third party insurances and office procedures to assist staff as needed.
-Ensure the effective use of phone systems for efficient communication with patients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems such as JANE APP and Google is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative skills with a focus on office management and patient relations.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to Multidisciplinary practices.
- Excellent ENGLISH communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to multitask in a FAST-PACED environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to improving patient experiences.
- Experience managing phone systems for effective patient communication is an asset.
