We’re looking for a Social Content Producer who really understands social.
Based in Toronto, you’ll work for brands that want to show up in culture, not just post into the void. This isn’t about maintaining calendars, it’s about creating work people actually care about.
As a Social Content Producer, you’ll support the planning, production, and delivery of social-first content that helps brands earn attention, drive interaction, and build real communities. You’ll work closely with strategists, creatives, creators, account leads, and producers to help bring ideas to life and learn how great social content actually gets made inside a fast-moving agency environment.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, culturally curious, proactive, and excited by the pace of the internet. You’ll help manage the details that keep productions moving — timelines, assets, shoots, feedback, and delivery — while developing a strong understanding of what makes content work across platforms.
You’ll work across always-on content, creator partnerships, campaigns, and real-time cultural moments, helping teams move quickly without losing quality. As a steward of our clients’ brands, you’ll help ensure content is delivered on time, on brief, and built for the way people actually engage with social.
We’re a growing agency, which means no passengers. You’ll have real influence on how we work, what we make, and how we grow. If you like building as you go, you’ll feel right at home.
And yes, this role is deeply plugged into culture. You’re across platforms, creators, trends, and shifts in behavior before they hit the mainstream. More importantly, you know what’s worth acting on, and what’s just noise.
If you’re excited by the idea of shaping standout work, building something meaningful, and leaving your mark on a fast-moving agency, we should talk.
