Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our frozen yogurt team. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in person
- Assist customers with product information and ordering
- Conduct data entry accurately into a POS
- Engage in upselling and sales opportunities by recommending additional products or services
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify trends and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Serve delicious frozen yogurt
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or dessert shops preferred
- Good data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions
- Experience with sales and upselling is a plus
- Familiarity with POS system is advantageous

Pay: $18.00-$18.25 per hour
