Job Overview
We are looking for an Ecommerce Specialist for one of our employment partners. This role focuses on managing and optimizing the company's Shopify website to improve the online customer experience, product discoverability, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day Shopify website updates, content, navigation, promotions, product launches, and merchandising.
- Improving website performance, conversion rate, average order value, and customer journey.
- Monitoring eCommerce KPIs such as revenue, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, search performance, and product performance.
- Optimizing site search, collections, product pages, SEO, metadata, internal linking, and product discoverability.
- Conducting website audits, A/B testing support, QA/UAT, competitive analysis, and performance reporting.
- Managing website enhancement projects, development tickets, third-party integrations, and Shopify improvements.
- Using data, customer insights, AI tools, and eCommerce best practices to continuously improve the website.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on Shopify or comparable eCommerce platform experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce best practices, SEO techniques, digital merchandising, and customer journey optimization.
- Ability to analyze data using SQL or similar tools to derive actionable insights
- Experience with graphic design principles for creating compelling visual content
- Knowledge of online advertising strategies including PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
