About the Opportunity
Modern MGMT is seeking motivated and ambitious Commercial Sales Representatives to help businesses improve their security through Enercents‘ advanced smart camera and alarm systems.
This is a full-cycle sales position where you will be responsible for generating your own opportunities, meeting with business owners and decision-makers, conducting presentations, preparing proposals, and closing deals.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and generating new business opportunities
- Conducting in-person meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Identifying client security needs and recommending solutions
- Presenting smart security camera and alarm systems
- Managing the sales process from initial contact through installation approval
- Following up with prospects and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable conducting in-person meetings daily
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Previous sales experience is an asset but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
