About the Role
1364 Renovations is looking for a ticketed plumber who wants more variety than traditional service or new construction plumbing. This is a unique opportunity for a licensed plumber who enjoys solving problems, working with homeowners, and being involved in all aspects of residential renovations.
In this role, you'll perform plumbing work while also participating in renovation projects such as demolition, framing, drywall repairs, finishing work, and project support. No two days are the same, making this an ideal position for someone who enjoys diverse work and wants to expand their skills beyond plumbing.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlumbing Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing renovations and repairs
- Install and replace plumbing fixtures, water lines, drain lines, and plumbing systems
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues on renovation projects
- Ensure all plumbing work meets current building and plumbing codes
- Pull plumbing permits and coordinate inspections as required
- Communicate with project managers and homeowners regarding project progress and requirements
Renovation Responsibilities
In addition to plumbing work, you will assist with various renovation activities, including:
- Demolition and project preparation
- Basic framing and carpentry tasks
- Drywall repairs and patching
- Installing cabinets, trim, and finishing materials
- Flooring and tile support work
- Punch-list items and project completion tasks
- General site organization and cleanliness
Site & Project Management
- Assess work sites and determine project requirements
- Collaborate with Project Managers and team members
- Follow all applicable building codes, safety standards, and company procedures
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service
Tools & Equipment
- You must have your own small hand tools and plumbing tools
- 1364 Renovations provides larger and specialty tools
Requirements
- Valid Plumbing Certification/Journeyman Plumber Ticket
- Ability to pull plumbing permits in British Columbia
- Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to travel between job sites throughout the Lower Mainland
- Smartphone required to access company apps, schedules, and job information
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist with a variety of renovation tasks
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
