Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Technical Sales Representative at Tyson Tool Company Limited. Two sales territories available - West End GTA or East End GTA. The Technical Sales Representatives will be responsible for sales, customer service, communication, and training related to technical products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-sales activities by analyzing customer needs and presenting tailored product demonstrations
- Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and address technical inquiries
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance sales performance
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey product features and benefits
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to inform sales tactics
Qualifications
- Canadian Technical Sales experience is mandatory
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Training skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical products and effectively communicate their benefits
- Experience in the cutting tools industry is a requirement
Remuneration
The compensation plan for this role is dependent on applicants qualifications and includes an excellent salary as well as commission on sales, car allowance and benefits.

Schedule
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the full sales process and as a result be able to prospect clients and close deals. They should be well organized and be able to manage the daily operations of assigned accounts. In order to continue to generate revenue, this candidate should be able to uncover new client needs and find a way to add value to their business.

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
