Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across our project sites, supporting the efficient operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in construction, maintenance, or general labor while working in a collaborative team setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas and handing tools
- Perform general site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized environment
- Carry out manual tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials as directed
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Operate basic machinery or tools with proper training and supervision
- Support logistical tasks including site setup and material transportation
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
