Love staying active, working with a team, and learning new skills? ACCU-STAFF is hiring General Labourers for one of Leamington’s busiest tomato processing facilities. No experience? No problem. We’ll train you. This is a great full-time opportunity if you want consistent hours, hands-on experience in food manufacturing, and a job where every day is different.
What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be on the front lines keeping production running. Your day will include:
- Working production lines - conveyor, bin building, and flume operations
- Quality checks - inspecting tomatoes and removing vines/leaves to keep quality top-notch
- Keeping it clean & safe - following food safety and health & safety standards
- Teamwork - supporting different areas of the plant to hit daily production goals
- Spotting issues - reporting equipment or product concerns to your supervisor
The Details:
- Location: Leamington, ON
- Pay: $18.00/hour to start
- Hours: Full-Time, 40+ hours/week with overtime during peak season
- Shifts: Day, Afternoon, and Midnight - rotating every 2 weeks
- Must have: Full availability for all 3 shifts + reliable transportation to Leamington
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Comfortable standing, being on your feet, and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic English to understand safety instructions
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Previous food production/manufacturing experience is a bonus, but NOT required
