As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' appearance and confidence through expert hair styling and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for providing a range of hair services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the salon.
Responsibilities
- Perform various hair styling services, including cuts, color treatments, and styling techniques to meet client needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations to ensure a safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired looks and provide expert recommendations.
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost retail sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere and addressing client concerns promptly.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong skills in hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and texturizing.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
- Ability to sanitize tools properly and maintain hygiene standards in the salon.
- Experience with upselling products and services is preferred.
- A background in retail sales is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
