1. Centre Manager / Operations Manager
(Health Management Centre)
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the health management centre
- Ensure exceptional member experience and service quality
- Coordinate front desk, administration, and clinical support
- Manage staff scheduling and operational workflow
- Support business development and community partnerships
- Help build and improve operational systems as the centre grows
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare, hospitality or business management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly organized and proactive
- Entrepreneurial mindset
2. Front Desk & Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Welcome members and visitors
- Schedule appointments
- Handle phone calls and email inquiries
- Maintain member records and administrative documents
- Assist with membership services
- Support daily centre operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent customer service
- Healthcare or administrative experience preferred
- Fluent English
- Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
3. Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities
- Manage Instagram, Xiaohongshu, WeChat, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Produce engaging health-related content
- Plan online campaigns
- Manage website updates
- Assist with branding and marketing initiatives
- Support community engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital marketing
- Graphic design or video editing skills
- AI tools experience is an asset
- Passion for health and wellness
4. Corporate Business Development Manager
(Bilingual English / Mandarin)
Responsibilities
- Develop new corporate partnerships across the GTA
- Build relationships with HR departments, business owners, insurance brokers and community organizations
- Introduce NutraPure Corporate Wellness Programs
- Organize corporate wellness seminars and events
- Identify new business opportunities
- Build long-term client relationships
- Achieve business development targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales or Account Management
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Comfortable with networking, cold outreach and outside sales
- Fluent in English
- Mandarin required
- Cantonese is an asset
