Bellare Industrial Coatings Inc. is an Alberta based, independently owned and operated company, providing finishing solutions since 1988. We have two locations in Calgary and one in Edmonton. We specialize in wood coatings including stains, lacquers, polyurethanes and water base products. We also carry abrasives, paint and architectural products, industrial enamels, spray equipment and general sundries.
Job Description
- Matching stains and lacquers
- Use of colour matching equipment and automated tint dispensers
- Recording formulas
- Reproducing previous matches
- General lab duties
- Preparing orders for shipment
- Provide customer service when necessary
- Continuous learning and skills development
Essentials Skills
- Good eye for colour
- Ability to visually identify required colour adjustments
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Strong reading, writing and numerical skills
- Job task planning and organizing
- Problem solving
- Work well with others
- Finding information using manual and electronic sources
- Adequate computer skills
- Physically demanding work with extended periods of standing
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Previous colour matching or wood finishing experience preferred
- Related industry experience may be considered

- No overtime required
- Pay range is $20.00 - $25.00/hr to start, based on skills and related experience
