Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and motivated Licensed Automotive Technicians and 3rd Year Apprentices to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for quality workmanship, and a commitment to providing excellent service. Our technicians are integral to maintaining the reputation of our shop and ensuring customer satisfaction. We operate on a flat rate pay structure with range of $37-$41 per unit for licensed technicians and $27.50-31 per unit for 3rd year apprentices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, suspension inspections, and fluid checks.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues efficiently and accurately.
- Complete work orders and document services performed in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with service advisors and team members to provide outstanding customer service.
Requirements:
- Valid 310S Automotive Technician License
- Proven experience as an automotive technician or equivalent role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Must have their own tools to perform maintenance/repairs.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
Pay: $37.00-$41.00 per hour
