We are currently representing a growing events and promotions company that is expanding its Event Sales Team throughout Vancouver. They are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join their customer-facing team and help support live promotional campaigns, retail activations, and community events.

No previous experience is required. Full training, mentorship, and ongoing support are provided from day one.
The Opportunity
As an Events Assistant, you'll be working directly with customers at promotional events, pop-up activations, retail campaigns, and high-traffic venues throughout the Vancouver area.
You'll help create positive customer experiences, represent client brands professionally, and support sales initiatives through engaging face-to-face interactions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Representing client brands at promotional events, retail activations, and pop-up campaigns
- Engaging with customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
- Introducing products, services, and current promotional offers
- Answering customer questions and providing accurate product information
- Supporting customer acquisitions and sales transactions
- Creating positive first impressions and memorable customer experiences
- Working closely with team leaders to achieve daily campaign objectives
- Assisting with event setup, presentation standards, and brand representation
- Developing strong communication, sales, and customer service skills through ongoing coaching
