Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will lead a team of production staff, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and optimize manufacturing processes. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently to meet production goals.
Shifts:
Morning: 6:30am-3:30pm
Afternoon: 2:30pm-11:30pm
Night: 10:30pm-7:30am
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee assembly processes, ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Manage and assign tasks to team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Operate and oversee the use of forklifts, hand tools, power tools, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate production records, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with warehouse personnel for material handling.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Train new employees on operational procedures, safety practices, and proper use of tools and machinery.
- Continuously seek process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments, with a strong understanding of assembly processes.
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with other departments.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to manufacturing operations.

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
