Customer Care Associate
Location: Peterborough Regional Health Centre
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $17.60 per hour
Hours-
Shift 1: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM-8:00 PM
Shift 2: Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Summary
Reporting to the Team Lead/Supervisor, the Customer Care Associate plays a key role in supporting parking operations and ensuring a positive customer experience. This includes assisting customers with parking facilities, resolving inquiries, and maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- May be required to process cash, credit card and debit card transactions.
- Balancing cash at the end of each shift and ensuring floats are correct.
- Answer various questions and provide guest with directions and other venue information as needed.
- Provide parking instruction/guidance/assistance to guests as needed.
- Allow or disallow access into lots.
- Act upon all comments/complaints in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Maintain clean and tidy workstation
- Adhere to Uniform Policy
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills required with the ability to resolve conflict and solve problems.
- Must have general knowledge of computers.
- Basic knowledge of equipment repairs.
- Must be punctual.
- Polite and professional demeanor.
- Positive attitude
- Friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and personable.
- A proven ability to surpass customer service expectations.
- Communication skills – ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Ability to operate independently as well as in a team.
- Able to work different shifts including nights, weekends and statutory holidays as required.
- Parking lot experience is an asset.
- Criminal and Credit clearance required
