At Red Swan Pizza, you will help us carry out our mission to satisfy customer cravings by creating and serving a wide variety of deliciously different pizzas with quick service, quality ingredients, reasonable prices, and unbeatable value.
We are seeking a receptionist to join our team in our corporate office! You will perform operational clerical job, event management and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordination
- Digital Support: Help execute basic marketing strategies, such as scheduling and capturing short video content for Instagram or TikTok.
- Collateral: Track promotional inventory and help prepare marketing materials.
Event Management
· Organize the events
· Manage the events and ensure supplies for the same
· Travel across Canada to manage and interact with our customers.
· Interact with businesses for brand awareness. Work with Marketing team for marketing initiatives.
Operation Support
· Interact with Franchisees for operational queries
· Manage Operations portals to assist franchisees and customers
· Assist with customer complaints
Other Administrative Requirements
- Draft correspondence and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the office.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Having a G Class license with your own car
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
