Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can grow your skills in inventory and warehouse logistics? Produce Express, one of Woodstock’s fastest-growing, proudly Canadian-owned companies, is hiring an Inventory Associate to join our expanding team.
This position plays a key role in keeping our warehouse running efficiently. You’ll be responsible for accurately storing incoming inventory using power equipment, helping maintain organized stock levels, and supporting receiving and quality control processes to ensure our products meet high standards.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. This is an afternoon shift.

Core Duties
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Store and organize inventory following FIFO guidelines
- Assist with unloading shipments and verifying product accuracy and condition
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and audits
- Monitor stock rotation and identify damaged, expired, or non-compliant products
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with safety standards
- Work closely with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure smooth operations
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support overall workflow
What We’re Looking For
- Valid forklift certification (preferred)
- Experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, counterbalance, or walkies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and bending throughout the shift
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg) on a regular basis
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Previous produce/grocery store experience preferred
