Full-Time Pool & Spa Sales Representative
Bluewater Pools & Spas is seeking an experienced, motivated, and team oriented pool and spa sales representative to join our team.
Compensation
- Starting wage: $20.00 per hour plus commission
- Starting wage may be higher depending on relevant experience and qualifications
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of pool and spa sales inquiries in person, over the phone, and by email
- Assist customers with the purchase of above-ground pools, on-ground pools, inground pools, hot tubs, and related products
- Educate customers on available models, features, equipment, installation options, and upgrades
- Prepare quotes and follow up with prospective customers to close sales
- Build strong customer relationships and provide a professional, knowledgeable sales experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries, quotes, and follow-ups
- Assist with general showroom sales, customer service, and phone inquiries as needed
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
- During the winter and slower seasons, the successful candidate may be required to assist with additional store duties, including general retail operations, customer service, merchandising, inventory, and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in the pool, spa, home improvement, automotive, or other high-value retail sales industries is considered a strong asset
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment
- Motivated by sales goals and commission opportunities
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Willingness to learn about pool and spa products, equipment, and installation processes
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and available to work scheduled shifts consistently.
