We are currently seeking a driven, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to become a key part of our Aldergrove, BC team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling
- Coordinate logistics for shipments, truck deliveries and conventions
- Manage and track deliveries and communicate with the drivers
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing system
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members in a professional manner
- Prepare reports and update records as needed
- Help ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately and on time
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Comfortable meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A true team player with a can-do attitude
- Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in logistics or administrative roles is an asset
- Fast-paced work environment
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
