Position: Production Supervisor
Salary: $75,000 - $78,000 per year
Shift: Days Monday - Friday
Overtime: As required
Duration: Full Time/Permanent
Location: Barrie, ON

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, & related information.
- Developing & implementing process improvements.
- Create control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
- Training staff & creating a positive team environment.
- Managing process documentation & preparing production reports.
- Work Closely with Team to understand, coach & build a successful department.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working within a made-to-order, high-mix manufacturing environment.
- 5+ years of experience supervising production staff & managing workflow in a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated success implementing continuous improvement initiatives & operational efficiencies.
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and interpreting complex production & operational data.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO standards.
- Critical thinking & problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Troubleshooting skills & attention to detail.
- Documentation & organization skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & excel.
Pay: $75,000.00-$78,000.00 per year
