We are currently hiring x2 Sport Game Line Painter - General Labourer to join our DIY Court Canada Team.
Job Description:
The Sport Game Line Painter General Labourer position involves working in a indoors, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Arrival at the place of work (office or job-site) at 7:00 am EST unless otherwise directed and at the sole discretion of the company.
- Reading basic sport CAD drawings and bringing it to life on modular HEXPRO Sport Tile Surface
- Perform alongside crewmates comprehending various sports game line drawings, assembling courts, taping game lines, paint prepping and painting game lines.
- Dissembling painted courts once dry, packaging court for shipping or installation and cleanup of painting warehouse.
Desired Experience:
- 1+ year of experience in painting (commercial or residential) or other related experience
- Well rounded-understanding of various sports.
- Warehouse experience (an asset)
- Experience with keeping a safe, clean and tidy workspace
- Experience using power tools (preferred)
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continuously
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Commitment to workplace safety and efficiency
Typical Workday:
- The workday begins at 7:00 AM and typically ends around 5:00 PM, subject to ongoing schedule and demand.
