Job Responsibilities
I. Human Resources Management (Core Responsibility)
- Take full responsibility for all modules of the subsidiary's human resources work, including recruitment and configuration, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and training and development, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Canada and alignment with the subsidiary's business needs.
- Establish and optimize the subsidiary's human resources system, standardize the entire process of employee onboarding, transfer, promotion and resignation, formulate human resources policies adapted to the local market, and reduce employment risks.
- Develop local recruitment channels, complete the recruitment tasks for all positions, and build a stable and efficient team; handle core work such as employee relations and salary calculation, and assist the headquarters in completing human resources data statistics.
II. Operations Management (Core Responsibility)
- Assist the general manager in promoting the daily operations of the subsidiary, participate in formulating operational plans and annual goals, track the progress of goal achievement, feedback problems and put forward optimization suggestions.
- Coordinate the administrative affairs of the subsidiary, standardize administrative processes, coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, and ensure the smooth operation of daily work.
- Participate in the subsidiary's cost control and process optimization, sort out operational pain points and put forward improvement plans; take on internal audit-related work, conduct compliance audits on human resources, operations and related auxiliary processes, track the implementation of rectification, and prevent management risks.
Job Requirements
I. Basic Requirements
- Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of a valid Canadian work visa, able to work in Canada for a long term.
- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing), proficiency in Chinese is preferred (facilitating communication with the headquarters).
- At least 3 years of full-module human resources work experience, and at least 1 year of operations management-related experience, familiar with local labor and operational compliance requirements.
II. Professional Competencies
- Proficient in relevant Canadian human resources laws and regulations, able to independently establish the subsidiary's human resources system, and skilled in recruitment, employee relations and compensation management.
- Possess operational coordination, cross-departmental coordination and problem-solving abilities, understand the basic process of internal audit, and be able to complete compliance audits and rectification tracking.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software and possess basic data analysis capabilities.
III. Quality Requirements
- Strong sense of responsibility, outstanding execution ability, able to work under pressure and independently undertake multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to properly handle employee relations, cross-departmental and external liaison matters.
Strong awareness of compliance and risk control, rigorous work attitude, recognition of the company's corporate culture, and possession of team spirit and decision-making support capabilities.
