Frank's Organic Garden is looking for energetic retail supervisors, passionate about the food they eat and where it comes from. Our company is unique combining an organic restaurant and market under one roof with a focus on sustainability, traceability, and animal welfare.
Purpose and Objective
Supervise floor staff in the marketplace and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. Ensure high quality products and customer service are delivered resulting in marketplace profitability. Other responsibilities include the management of operations including the execution of all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
Skills/Knowledge/Attributes
· Must be 18 years of age or older.
· Previous experience required.
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in use touch-sensitive POS System
· Must be able to take direction and delegate responsibilities.
· Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.
· Ability to lead a team.
· Cashier experience is preferred.
Working Conditions
- HOURS OF WORK: Must be able to work evenings, weekends. Must be able to lift heavy objects. Able to work shifts (days/afternoons/evenings) 40 or more hours per week.
