Position Overview
The Sales Representative is a fully remote Residential HVAC Sales Advisor responsible for conducting virtual consultations, designing heat pump systems, presenting financing options, and closing residential projects. All appointments are pre-qualified, pre-scheduled and provided by the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual homeowner consultations via Zoom
- Design ducted and ductless heat pump systems
- Review home layouts, photos, and energy usage
- Present Good / Better / Best system options
- Explain rebates and financing programs clearly
- Close sales during scheduled consultations
- Document all activity accurately in CRM
- Coordinate smooth handoff to installation team
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of residential HVAC experience (service, install, or sales)
- Strong knowledge of heat pump sizing and system performance
- Comfortable presenting and closing on Zoom
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Reliable high-speed internet and professional workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with provincial HVAC rebates
- Previous in-home or virtual high-ticket sales experience
