Oakridge Landscape Contractors is hiring a Senior Horticultural Specialist to oversee plant health, quality control, and field applications across our Southern Ontario project sites.

What You'll Do

Guide site crews on correct planting, pruning, and horticultural practices.

Perform regular health checks on plant stock to diagnose pests, diseases, or stress.

Execute pesticide and fertilizer treatments safely using your spray license.

Select, tag, and inspect nursery stock to ensure high-quality material on every job.

Work alongside crews during major installations and maintenance projects.
What You Need:

Horticultural Diploma (required).

Landscape Exterminator (Spray) License (required).

Valid Driver’s License.

3+ years of horticulture/landscaping experience with deep plant knowledge.

Capability to work outdoors in year-round conditions.
