Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapists to join our team in providing exceptional behavioral support to children with developmental needs. This role involves working closely with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in pediatrics, patient care, and research, and will be committed to improving the quality of life for children through evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities
- Implement ABA therapy programs tailored to each child's unique needs under supervision of licensed professionals
- Collect and record data on client progress, behaviors, and treatment effectiveness accurately and consistently
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency and maximize therapeutic outcomes
- Assist in developing and modifying treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and data analysis
- Engage children in therapeutic activities that promote communication, social skills, and independence
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients during therapy sessions
- Attend training sessions, case management meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in clinical or educational settings is highly preferred
- Background in hospital or pediatric healthcare environments is advantageous
- Familiarity with research methodologies related to child development or behavior analysis is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology, special education practices, and patient care protocols is beneficial
- Experience with data collection, case management, and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) will enhance performance in this role
