We're looking for a motivated, energetic Retail Sales Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Whether you already have an interest in tactical gear or you're excited to learn, we'll provide you the training needed to help you become knowledgeable and confident in our products.

What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to every customer who walks through our doors.
- Learn about tactical equipment, uniforms, footwear, apparel, and outdoor gear to confidently assist customers.
- Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Can communicate clearly and effectively to coworkers and customers.
- Process sales accurately using our point-of-sale system.
- Receive, stock, and merchandise inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales floor.
- Assist with online order fulfillment and customer pickups.
- Work collaboratively with the entire team to achieve sales and service goals.
- Stay up to date on new products and industry trends through ongoing training.

- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people.
- Is passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
- Has an interest in tactical gear, law enforcement, military, hunting, camping, or the outdoors—or is excited to learn.
- Is dependable, honest, and works well as part of a team.
- Communicates professionally and confidently.
- Can multitask in a busy retail environment.
- Is comfortable learning new computer systems.
- Is able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on their feet throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience is considered an asset.
- Tactical, military, law enforcement, outdoor recreation, or firearms knowledge is an asset but not required.
- Willingness to learn is essential.
- Open availability Monday through Saturday.
- Available to work 30–40 hours per week.
