Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated <PERSON> to join our construction and restoration team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry, This role involves working on diverse projects including siding, framing, concrete work, and restoration efforts. The <PERSON> will be responsible for executing tasks with precision, safety, and efficiency to ensure high-quality results across various construction sites.
Duties
- Perform repairs on multitude of materials
- needs transportation able to carry materials and tools
- Use hand tools and power tools for framing, siding installation, woodworking, and other carpentry tasks
- Execute restoration projects including siding replacement and structural repairs
- Assist with heavy lifting to move materials or equipment safely around the job site
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction, carpentry
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation
- Knowledge of concrete forming, siding installation, woodworking, and restoration techniques
- Strong understanding of safety protocols in construction environments
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid experience in working with heavy equipment is preferred but not mandatory
- Prior construction experience is needed for this role
