Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction knowledge, and proficiency with industry-standard management software. This role involves coordinating teams, managing schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring safety standards are upheld throughout all phases of construction.
Duties
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure project specifications are met.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and project progression.
- Utilize tools like Bluebeam and Civil 3D for document management, design review, and site planning.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and change orders based on project scope changes.
- Manage procurement processes including material estimation and scheduling using construction estimating tools.
- Oversee project documentation, including schedules, reports, RFIs, and submittals.
- Lead project meetings to communicate progress updates, address issues, and align team efforts.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation.
- Extensive experience with construction management software such as Primavera P6, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and cost control measures.
- Proven ability in project management within the construction industry with a focus on civil or commercial projects.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: $121,802.35-$131,593.94 per year
