REPORTS TO: Owner, General Manager, Office Manager, Full-time Receptionist and Sales Managers
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Mature, responsible, reliable candidates only
- Direct customers to appropriate department or department staff.
- Enter customer information into the DMS (CDK Global) in the event of recalls or special offers and updates.
- Greet customers upon their arrival at the dealership.
- Handle all incoming calls quickly and efficiently.
- Handle all paperwork in a timely fashion.
- Communicate with callers in a friendly, efficient and professional manner, trying to minimize the time they are put on hold.
- Prepare or forward accurate and detailed messages, indicating the caller's complete name, organization name (if applicable), the time and any message to be left.
- Refer messages to the correct party in a prompt manner.
- Execute clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, sorting mail and proof read all documents.
- Assist Full-time Receptionist, Sales Managers and Vehicle Co-Ordinator and perform tasks as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email required
- Log all sales calls on route sheet, with required data, for Managers to inspect.
- Must be available every: Monday & Thursday 4:00pm to 8:00pm and every other Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm (Friday 1:00m to 6:00pm if you have flexibility).
- Basic Reception experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
