In keeping with the Company’s mission and values, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Representative fills a multi-disciplinary role to provide administrative support on day-to-day operations and to handling inbound sales calls, live chats, emails, and text messages on products and services. Providing excellent customer service and collaborating with internal team members for the best solutions for each customer.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting RSM/OSR with, quotes, orders, taking inbound calls and forward information to the corresponding OSR
- Educate potential customers about LUCID’s innovative industrial camera systems through informative phone calls and/or emails. Shares notes with internal Lucid teams to communicate customer needs, expectations, and maintain transparency.
- Manage each sale from initial contact to completion, gathering customer requirements, account management, order entry and shipping.
- Manage and maintain long term relationships with existing customers. Provide regular follow ups to check on customer current requirements and provide information on future products.
- Provide support for sales personnel in the field who may require reports, documentation, emergency orders, and sales support tasks as required.
- Manage customer accounts and sales orders to ensure information is correct and up to date.
- Processing Sales Orders, RMAs and answering Customer Inquires via Phone/Email.
- Liaise with Outside Sales Representative to ensure Customer's needs are met.
- Ensure Customer Orders are fulfilled accurately and timely.
- Other Admin tasks/duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Administrative, Business, Marketing, or related studies
- Minimum 2 years of sales operation or working with B2B business environment
- Solid experience in MS Windows, ZOHO or other CRM systems
- Previous work experience in electronical component manufacturing is a plus
- Experience working in a team environment with Sales, Product Management, Production, Quality & Marketing departments
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and customer focused
- Good English verbal and written skills
