A Little Nutrition Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic interdisciplinary healthcare team. Our practice is growing, and we’re passionate about providing comprehensive support services that empower our clients on their health journey. This includes a collaborative effort from our team of dietitians, therapists, and occupational therapists, all deeply committed to the well-being of our clients.
We are looking for a clinician with a strong interest in pediatric particularly when working with neurodivergent children. This may be someone who already brings experience in this area, or someone who is excited to grow their skills through mentorship and support from our lead occupational therapist. The role also includes working with eating challenges across the lifespan, supporting clients of all ages in a private practice setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to determine patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' executive functioning abilities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and equipment use
*Must be able to demonstrate practicing with a neurodiversity affirming lens

- Implement activity planning, lifestyle management, routine structuring/goal setting
- Sleep consultation and coaching
Requirements
-Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
-1-2+ years of clinical & counseling experience
-Must carry malpractice insurance
-Must be licensed to practice in Manitoba
-Have your own PC or laptop for EMR access
-Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, particularly pediatrics
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
