About the Role:
As a CBRE Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for formulating and defining complex system scopes and objectives. This role is part of the Business Systems Job Function. They are responsible for working with internal partners and business units to develop, install and enhance new and current systems. A CMMS Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System, ensuring data accuracy, system configuration, and user training to optimize maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- System Management: Oversee the CMMS software used to track maintenance activities, work orders, equipment history, and inventory. Ensure the system is configured correctly to meet organizational needs. • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records, work order information, and other relevant data within the CMMS. This includes inputting initial quantities for stocked parts and configuring restocking automation parameters. • Maintenance Planning: Develop and schedule preventive maintenance plans, work orders, and inspections to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime. • User Support and Training: Provide training to end-users on how to effectively use the CMMS software and troubleshoot any system issues that arise. • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on maintenance performance metrics, identify trends, and analyze CMMS data to improve maintenance processes. • Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance teams, IT personnel, and management to optimize system performance and reporting, ensuring that the CMMS aligns with overall asset management strategies. • Take part in the business process to identify and implement technical solutions. • Respond to stakeholder inquiries regarding system processes and capabilities. • Research and support advanced end-user applications and test end-user processes using defined guidelines. • Develop relationships with high-level clients and internal and external IT teams. • Review information on areas of improvement and implement changes to increase user satisfaction. • Log and track work tickets with external product vendors or support organizations. Provide end-users with a detailed explanation of ways to use the systems in a more efficient manner. • Devise and change procedures to solve complex problems. This includes an evaluation of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system specifications. • Create correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end-user training. • Generate customized queries and reports utilizing complex table matrices. • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems. • Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement. • Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team. • Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. • Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
What You’ll Need:
- CMMS Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CMMS software and its features is essential for effective management. • Data Management Skills: Strong skills in data entry, maintenance, and analysis are necessary to ensure data integrity. • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including technicians, engineers, and management. • Problem-Solving Skills: Investigate maintenance-related problems, identify root causes, and drive solutions to enhance system functionality. • Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

The salary range being offered for the Business Systems Analyst CMMS Administrator is between $80,000 annually and $90,000 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
