Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold all required professional licences or certifications applicable to their practice
- Carry a minimum of $2,000,000 in Professional and Commercial Liability Insurance and Business License
- Operate as an independent contractor
- Maintain a clean, respectful, and professional treatment space
Rental Details
- Month-to-month agreement
- Rent payable monthly
- Available Monday, Wednesday and Saturday
- No security deposit required
- Thirty (30) days' written notice to end the agreement
