Minimum Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of basic construction principles
- Experience using various hand and power tools
- Skill in taking accurate measurements (Metric and Imperial)
- Understanding of considerations involved with window and door installation
- Dedication to timely and precise completion of every task
- Ability to learn from challenges and improve efficiency over time
- Able to communicate effectively with Shop Manager and co-workers
