Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive wholesale performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven track record in retail management and experience in the food and beverage sector in the Columbia Valley. This role offers an opportunity to oversee daily operations, develop sales strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities and experience in merchandising, marketing, and team development are highly valued.
Duties
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Manage events
- Write and edit advertising copy
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations
- Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
- Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials
- Provide customer service
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field

Pay: $36.60-$39.00 per hour
