Mandatory Requirements:
-Flood, Fire, Mold Restoration Experience Mandatory!
· Currently residing in the Lower Mainland.
· Able to work full-time and onsite in our Port Coquitlam office.
· Experience as a project coordinator for a restoration company or a general construction company.
· Fluent in verbal and written English.
Skills and Attributes Required:
· Experience in working with small to medium general construction projects.
· Have a min. 1 year experience in the construction industry as a Project Coordinator with experience in all areas of construction in B.C.
· Can read and interpret scopes of work, drawings, schedules and specifications.
· Be a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills.
· Can communicate and collaborate well with all levels of our business.
· Is adaptable to change, can manage multiple jobs and a variety of work.
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Outlook and Excel.
· Have an aptitude for numeracy and accuracy.
· Ability to learn new programs, as well as our office methodology and associated tools.
· Xactimate and Encircle experience an asset.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Proven history and experience in this field of work.
· Valid BC driver’s license with a solid driver’s abstract.
· Clean criminal record as per industry standard.
Job Types:

· Pay range: $25 - $36 hourly
