We offer a wide range of bikes, parts, accessories and services, backed by over 75 years combined staff experience to give you the riding experience you're looking for.
We are looking to add a full time, year round HEAD MECHANIC / SERVICE MANAGER to our team.
Experience as a cyclist is a must, previous bike shop experience an asset. On-site training is provided.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide best-in-class customer service.
- Dianose and repair all types of bicycles. Including e-bikes.
- Maintain a well stocked and effecient work shop.
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages. Be available to assist junior staff with questions and/or problems.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
- Coordinate activities between sales floor and service/mechanic shop in cooperation with Sales Manager to ensure customer needs are met.
- Manage staff and assign duties.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
- Assist with annual booking orders, and in-season repeat orders and special orders.
- Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale.
- Coordinate and track special orders from end to end.
- Participate in community events such as group rides and trail days.
