Key Objectives:
- Safely operate equipment on the Rubber Extrusion production line in accordance with company procedures and work instructions.
- Produce quality products that meet customer and company specifications.
- Monitor production processes and promptly report any quality, equipment, or safety concerns to the Team Lead.
- Support production targets by minimizing downtime and maintaining efficient workflow.
- Follow all health and safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
- Assist with product inspections, packaging, material handling, and other production-related tasks as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily production goals.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience are considered assets.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks when required.

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
