Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef specializing in Indian cuisine to lead our culinary team. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards
- Develop and update menus that highlight authentic Indian cuisine while considering customer preferences
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs effectively
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster a cohesive team environment
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent service during serving hours
- Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and cleanliness to uphold safety standards

- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
