Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring the successful execution of roofing, aligning with our mission to provide exceptional service and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication.
- Monitor construction activities for safety compliance and quality standards.
- Read blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
- Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software.
- Supervise site staff and subcontractors, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to uphold company standards.
- Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders on project status.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in roofing Flag roofing.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other construction management software.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Excellent blueprint reading and schematics interpretation skills.
- Solid understanding of construction safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Effective budgeting and project scheduling abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Pay: $85,000.00-$155,000.00 per year
