Job Description:
Work setting
- Cleaning service company - multiple locations (client homes)
- Frequent travel within Regina and surrounding area
Responsibilities/Tasks
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Dust furniture, items, and surfaces
- Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, and upholstered furniture
- Make beds and change sheets as needed
- Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers
- Follow all company processes, procedures, and proprietary checklists to ensure tasks meet company standards 100% of the time.
- Deliver high-quality results with consistent attention to detail, whether working in a collaborative pair or operating independently.
- Follow all safety guidelines and ensure the total confidentiality of client information and home security.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of supplies, equipment, and company vehicles throughout each shift.
Qualifications:
Safety & Security
- Must possess a valid Saskatchewan Driver's License and have reliable transportation
- May be required to use personal vehicle, but employer vehicles are also provided for use during shifts
- Must be Bondable (pass a Criminal Record check)

Other Requirements:
- Ability to speak English
- No education level required.
- Experience an asset but not required.
Pay Information:
- Starting at $16.00/hour (Trainee Level), with salary plus commission upon passing training starting at $17.50/hr for drive and office hours, and 35% commission from cleaning houses.
- Ability to earn more as skills progress, up to $25/hr and 43% commission
- Eligible employees can earn a $30/week bonus for performance

Work Hours:
- Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45 am - 4:45 pm
- Hours are not guaranteed, but average 10-20 hours/week
- Flexible shifts/hours available, but must be available a minumum of 10 hours/week.
