The Role:
Community Living Huntsville is seeking a collaborative and strategic Manager of Finance, to join our senior leadership team. This role provides both strategic and operational leadership for the Finance Department, ensuring strong financial stewardship, modernized systems, and accurate, timely decision-making support across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Provide financial advice to senior leadership and the Board as a member of the senior leadership team, contributing to the strategic direction and overall leadership of the organization
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations
- Ensure compliance with funding requirements and audits
- Lead process improvements and system modernization
- Supervise and develop Finance team members
- Build relationships with auditors, funders, and partners
Qualifications
- CPA designation or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Experience in financial management and leadership
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and audits
- Ability to lead system improvements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Non-profit or public sector experience is an asset

Pay: $75,007.14-$81,529.50 per year
